Managing director Marjolijn Brussaard of the Center of Staff Development, Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU) will explain the set up of staff development within the institute. The Center of Staff Development initiates training for all staff members in a wide range of expertise (such as didactic skills, curriculum development, young potentials (Management of the institute) and other management development, tutoring skills etc.)

15.00 - 16.00

How do we teach our teachers? A discussion on staff development of (art) teachers and art teachers who end up in a managing position within the institute. Main aim is to exchange experiences and share knowledge in this area, find partners in this area.
